(Photo by Nujaree Raekrun)NAKHON SI THAMMARAT: One woman was killed and another seriously injured when a car their car rammed into a tree stump in the median ditch of a highway in Sichon district of this southern province on Sunday morning, police said. The car slid into the median ditch and rammed into the stump of a large tree felled by tropical storm Pabuk. Saranya Saengkham, 33, the driver, and Chonlada Ruraksa, 20, the passenger, were seriously injured. The two women were heading for Sichon district when the accident took place.
